What is a Healthy Baby Home Party?
  Seventh Generation's Healthy Baby Home Parties are fun and informative for you and your guests, and together you will create a healthy environment for your families!
    The Healthy Baby Home Party kit contains educational information from non-profit partner    Healthy Child Healthy World, a fun party game to help you share tips, and products and coupons from Seventh Generation, bobble, Zarbee's Naturals, and other brands.
    Hosts and guests will also be invited to join Seventh Generation in asking our U.S. Senators to reform chemical policy. For more information on our perspective, visit: www.seventhgeneration.com/responsibility.








  What is the Application Process?
  • Sign up at generationgood.net to join the Generation Good community first.

  • Accept the Healthy Baby Home Party Application offer on your Generation Good dashboard and complete the application.

  • Applicants will be notified in mid August on whether or not they have been selected to host a party via an email to the email address assigned to their Generation Good member profile.

  • All selected applicants will then be asked to confirm their participation by accepting the Healthy Baby Home Party Mission and confirming their shipping address before they are sent the Healthy Baby Home Party Kit.

    Eggplant curry (Baingan ki sabji)

     
     
    Ingredients:
    1. small eggplant (8 pcs, sliced)
    2. 1/4th onion sliced
    3. 1/2 tomato sliced
    4. 1 green chilli sliced
    5. salt according to taste
    6. haldi 1/4 tsp
    7. dry mango powder (amchur) 1/4 tsp
    8. oil 1 tbsp.
     
    
    
     
     
    • In a pan , heat oil. Once oil is hot, put the eggplant pcs in it with pulpy white side down. Once they are red, turn them and fry till they are little soft, then add oions
     
    
     


    • Once onions are little translucent, add in sliced tomatoes and saute.




    • Then add in salt and haldi to pan.


    • Add in sliced chilli and saute till almost done .

    • Enjoy with hot rotis!!!!!

    Cilantro Dip ( dahniya ki chutney)

    This cilantro dip can be enjoyed with food or snacks. It can be stored for a week refrigerated.

    Ingredients:


    1) 1 Bunch of cilantro
    2)  1/4 sliced onion
    3)  1-2 sliced garlic  pcs
    4) 1/4 inch ginger sliced
    5)  1 green chilli
    6) 2 tsp jaggery owder
    7) 1/2 tsp salt
    8) 2 tsp amchur powder































    Grind them all together to make it a smooth paste. Its all ready to refrigerate and enjoy :)

    Mint dip (mint ki chutney)

    This spicy tangy dip can be stored refrigerated and enjoyed for 10 days, with dinner or snacks.

    Ingredients:
    1. Bunch of mint
    2. 1/4 small onion (sliced)
    3. 1 green chilli
    4. less than 1/2 tomato (sliced)
    5. 1 1/2  tsp amchur powder
    6. 2 tsp sugar
    7. 1/2 tsp salt








    Grind all above ingredients till its smooth. Refrigerate and Enjoy !!!! Yes, its that easy :)
